Stock Description: The herd is mainly Irish Friesian type showing great potential, with the capability to excel in a medium to higher input system if required.In terms of size/type, they are a sturdy type of cow, approximately 625-650kg with excellent mobility & capacity. They are bred again for Spring 2025, crossed with Pedigree Hereford bulls & scanning pre sale is imminent. This herd has an excellent TB free status, C10 with an excellent history.

Age breakdown is as follows:

45 are 1st to 4th lactation,
17 are 5th to 7th lactation & the remainder older cows.

Herd Health: C10 & Low SCC

Production Capacity: In terms of size/type, they are a sturdy type of cow, approximately 625-650kg with excellent capacity to produce milk.
