Land Registry

Grasstec Land Registry offers a professional registration service for both the agricultural and commercial sectors.

We conduct boundary surveys using the latest GPS technology to create new boundaries for site transfers or sales. Our process ensures that the boundaries shown on maps accurately match the actual boundaries. We obtain digital copies of Land Registry Compliant Maps from OSI and superimpose the new boundaries onto these maps. Completed maps are then forwarded to the client’s acting solicitor for registration purposes.
