Grasstec Group Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services, products, and the use of the Grasstec Group online e-commerce platform ("Platform") by Grasstec Group ("Grasstec", "we", "us", or "our") and our clients ("Client", "you", or "your"). By engaging with Grasstec Group, using our Platform, or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before engaging with us, using our Platform, or purchasing Products.
1. Services and Products
Grasstec Group specializes in providing services and products to the agriculture industry, services including but not limited to:
Livestock sourcing and sales
Farm mapping
Farmyard design
Planning applications
Recruitment
2. Geographic Scope
Grasstec Group operates in Ireland, the United Kingdom, and mainland Europe. Clients engaging with Grasstec Group outside these regions may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
3. Warranties
Warranties for products provided by Grasstec Group are based on the warranties provided by our suppliers. Grasstec Group does not independently warrant the products and services provided but will facilitate any warranty claims with the respective suppliers on behalf of the Client.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms for services and products provided by Grasstec Group shall be as agreed upon in writing between Grasstec Group and the Client. Payment terms may include but are not limited to upfront payments, milestone payments, or payment upon completion of services.
5. Refunds
Refund policies for services and products provided by Grasstec Group shall be as agreed upon in writing between Grasstec Group and the Client. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Grasstec Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in any way related to the provision of services or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.
7. Online E-commerce Platform
Use of Platform: The Platform is provided solely for the purpose of facilitating the purchase of Products offered by Grasstec Group. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Ordering and Payment: Orders for Products may be placed through the Platform. Payment for Products shall be made at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between Grasstec Group and the Client.
Shipping and Delivery: Grasstec Group shall use reasonable efforts to ship Products to the Client in a timely manner. However, Grasstec Group shall not be liable for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges of Products shall be subject to the Grasstec Group Returns and Exchanges Policy, as may be amended from time to time. Clients are encouraged to review the Returns and Exchanges Policy before making a purchase.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
