Stock Description: Here we have a group of 60 Feb/Mar born heifer calves, 50 Ai sired by leading Lic sires including Lancelot, Sierra and Backdrop. The remaining 10 by well bred x bred stock bulls. The herd is a spring calving NZ style herd which has enjoyed great fertility results meaning there is surplus stock to sell.

Production Capacity: The herd is extensively grazed and achieving a very pleasing 486 kg milk solids sold per cow. This is from a 500-520 kg liveweight cow.

Age & Lactation: The calves are all Feb/Mar born in the first 6 weeks of the calving block.

TB Status: The herd is in a 6 month testing area and has been clear for 3 years.

Health Status: The calves have not been vaccinated to date, they have been wormed.

Unique Selling Point: Nice large group of homebred heifers by some leading NZ sires from x bred herd achieving good results.
